
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1 cup water
½ cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon wheat germ
Heat small non-stick skillet, pour 3 egg whites into skillet and scramble until fluffy. In a small microwave safe glass bowl, add water and oatmeal. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Transfer eggs to bowl of oatmeal and top with flaxseeds and wheat germ. Spice it up by adding your favorite salsa to the bowl.
