Protein Packed Oatmeal Bowl











This is one of our all time favorite breakfasts. It's especially a great post-workout meal. It's sure to fill up your belly and give you a burst of energy.

Ingredients

3 egg whites

1 cup water

½ cup oatmeal

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

1 tablespoon wheat germ


Let the prepping begin:

Heat small non-stick skillet, pour 3 egg whites into skillet and scramble until fluffy. In a small microwave safe glass bowl, add water and oatmeal. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Transfer eggs to bowl of oatmeal and top with flaxseeds and wheat germ. Spice it up by adding your favorite salsa to the bowl.
