Berry Yogurt Bowl






This bowl is so creamy and rich, you'll be satisfied for hours.

Ingredients

1 8oz plain low-fat container of Voskos Greek Yogurt

¼ to 1/2 a cup of black berries

1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds

1 teaspoon wheat germ

Let the prepping begin:

In a small bowl, mix yogurt, berries, flaxseeds, wheat germ and serve! You can mash the berries up in the yogurt to give it more color and flavor.
