
Move over chips and dips there's a new crunchy dish in town!
Ingredients:
½ large apple, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
12 almonds, crushed
½ cup fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt
Cinnamon or Nutmeg to taste
Let the prepping begin:
In a bowl add yogurt, fold in apple, celery and almonds. Blend together until everything is covered by the yogurt and serve. Eat as is or sprinkle with Cinnamon or Nutmeg to add a splash of spice!
