Your mouth will melt when you try this oven roasted dish. The olive oil turns the cauliflower lusciously sweet, crisp and caramel-brown. Yummm.


DRU’S ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:
-1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
-Olive oil
-Mrs Dash Seasoning


Let the prepping begin:
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a single layer in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil onto each floret and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Seasoning.

Place dish in oven and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly brown.
