FAT-FREE SPINACH DIP


Here's a great guilt free party dip!

Ingredients:
3 cups plain non-fat yogurt
1 ¼ cup baby spinach
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped scallions
1 tsp dried dill leaves
1 clove garlic minced

Let the prepping begin:
Steam spinach until spinach is wilted. In a bowl blend steamed spinach, parsley, scallions, dill leaves, garlic and yogurt. Cover and chill for one hour and serve.
