Ground Chicken Cabbage Soup

Ground Chicken Cabbage Soup


Ingredients
½ pound ground Chicken breast
3 cups organic free range chicken broth
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 ½ cups mushroom
1 large shallot, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoon taco bell seasoning

Let the prepping begin:
Pour broth in pot.  In a skillet, add olive oil, cabbage and shallots.  Sauté’ until cabbage begins to soften and turns brown around the edges.  In a separate skillet sauté’ mushrooms in a little bit of water and add black pepper.  In another skillet, cook ground chicken breast; sprinkle with black pepper and kosher salt, add taco bell taco seasoning.   

Stir all ingredients and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.   Turn heat off and let simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve or store in container for lunch or dinner the next day.   This is a healthy, clean and full flavored soup that even my kids enjoy!
