Butter Lime Talapia


Ingredients
3 oz. Talapia
Dill
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Fresh lime
Crisco non-stick butter, spray
1 tablespoon - I can not believe it’s not butter, spray

Let the prepping begin:
Pre-heat oven to 350.  Spray both sides of Talapia with Crisco non-stick butter spray, sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder and dill on both sides of the fish.  Place in a baking dish and cook until ready (about 20 minutes or until flaky).   Add tablespoon of I can’t believe it’s not butter spray and squeeze fresh lime on top.  Pop in the microwave for about 15 seconds until butter has blended with the fish/seasoning…plate and serve! 

Absolutely butterlicious…
