A fresh salad for a hot day







STRAWBERRY FETA SALAD

Ingredients:

4 large strawberries, sliced into quarters

1-2 cups of baby spinach

¼ cup of reduced-fat Feta cheese

1 cap full of Newman’s Own light balsamic vinaigrette

1 cup of rotisserie chicken breast, chopped


Let the prepping begin:

Combine the baby spinach, strawberries and feta cheese in a salad bowl and blend in balsamic dressing, top with chicken. Add black pepper to taste and serve.
