Hot Beautiful Legs











In order to sculpt your legs you need to build muscle. This leg sculpting muscle building routine will give you those hot defined legs you’ve always wanted. To avoid overtraining your legs, only do this workout once a week.

Should you experience any pain, feel faint, dizzy or sick at any point during an exercise, stop the exercise.

Warm-up

Warm up for 5 minutes on bike, treadmill, elliptical or stair master machine.

Week 1:

Complete each exercise one time thru until you’ve gone through the entire circuit.

Week 2:

Complete the entire circuit 2 times.

Week 3 and beyond:

Complete the entire circuit 2 times.

Workout (do not rest more than more 30 seconds between exercises)

15 reps – Leg press

20 reps – Step bench straddle squats

12 reps – Dumbbell alternating lunges (using light weights)

15 reps – Machine squats (using light to medium weights)

15 reps – Dumbbell Wide stance deadlift

12 reps – Single hamstring curls

15 reps – One legged cable kickbacks on bench

If this is your second week, take a 2 minute break, hydrate and repeat two more times all the way through.

After you’ve completed the circuit, finish off your workout with 30 minutes of cardio.

Stretch

Take 5 – 7 minutes to completely stretch out your hips, legs, glutes, abs, back and arms.
