Get your heart pumping and your fat burning machine cranking with this workout












Fat burning workouts combined with a clean eating lifestyle can produce amazing results.

This Fat Burning circuit workout will challenge your body and help you shed body fat, build lean muscle and burn calories.

Do this workout 3 times a week on non-consecutive days. This workout will be incorporated into your existing workout regimen. Go thru each exercise one time until you’ve completed the entire circuit, repeat one time thru.


Circuit 1 (do not rest more than more 1 minute between exercises)

10 - 1/2 box push-ups

10 - 1/2 box uneven squats with light to medium dumbbells in hand

30 seconds - knee ups


Circuit 2 (do not rest more than more 1 minute between exercises)

12 - hammer curls

10 - king squats (each leg)

30 seconds - plyos


Circuit 3 (do not rest more than more 1 minute between exercises)

12 - push-ups

10 - scissors

60 seconds - jumping jax


Circuit 4 (do not rest more than more 1 minute between exercises)

10 - bent over rows using light to medium dumbbells

60 seconds - jump rope (you don't need a rope)

12 - shoulder press


Circuit 5 (do not rest more than more 1 minute between exercises)

30 seconds - mountain climbers

12 - chest press with medium to heavy dumbbells

10 - reverse crunches
