Foods rich in protein, healthy fats and fiber are your keys to fat loss










Pan seared Tilapia with a burst of flavor!


Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
4, 6 oz tilapia fillets
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 large red onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp capers
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and black pepper

Let the prepping begin:

Over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil in skillet. Add tilapia, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side and remove from pan.

Over high heat, add the remaining tbsp of olive oil cook onion and bell peppers until tender, stirring often for about 8 minutes. Add the tomato, capers and garlic. Plate with fish and serve!
