Cut the calories and Wrap it up












You can enjoy this turkey treat as a snack or meal.


Turkey Wrap

Ingredients:
1 leaf of red or green “leaf” lettuce
2 slices of turkey breast
¼ cup chopped tomato
1 tsp fresh squeeze lime juice
¼ chopped avocado
1 tsp low or no-fat ranch dressing

Let the prepping begin:


Fan out lettuce leaf, top with turkey. In a small bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, fresh lime juice and ranch dressing. Sprinkle pepper to taste.

Spread the mix on-top of the turkey, roll up and dig in.
