Ingredients
1 scoop whey protein
3/4 cup H20
2/3 cup mixed berries
1 tsp peanut butter
½ cup raw broccoli
1 tsp raw spirulina powder
1 tsp raw chlorella powder
1 tsp raw hemp seeds
Couple dashes of cinnamon
1 small package of splenda
Handful of ice
Let the prepping begin:
