3/4 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbs raw spirulina
1 tbs raw chlorella
1 tsp hemp seed
1/4 c. Frozen organic blueberries
This shake is approximately 200 calories is sugar free and low in fat.
It's very filling and leaves you sasiates until your next mini meal 2-3 hours later.
