Apple Pie Oatmeal
















Apple Pie Oatmeal


Ingredients
1/3 cup plain oatmeal
1 healthy slice of green apple with skin, chopped
1 tsp flax oil
1 tsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (fat-free, calorie-free, sugar free)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of splenda

Let the prepping begin:
Pour oatmeal, appropriate amount of water and apple into a microwave safe dish.  Cook on high for 1 minute.     Top with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup, a dash of cinnamon and splenda and serve.

Taste just like grandma’s apple pie without the fat, sugar and calories.   Simply delish!!!
