These are great bites to enjoy when you are on the run.
You only need one to satisfy your hunger!
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of
cinnamon
1 packet of
splenda (optional)
Let the prepping begin:
Stir all ingredients
together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator
for one hour. Once chilled, use a measuring spoon to scoop out each “ball” and roll
into whatever size you like. Store in an airtight container and keep
refrigerated for up to 1 week.
I enjoy one as a “bite” while I’m on
the run or haven’t had time to whip up a meal.
It ties me over for about 30 minutes or so, until I can eat a meal.
