Who has a heart?

Typically when we think of a heart we might be picturing a valentine shaped heart, a real heart, love or something completely different.

I believe Hearts are more than an organ inside our body. When people go out of their way to do something nice for you like give you food when you have no money, or are taking care of you when you are sick, or watching your children for you because you've had an emergency come up. When people do things like that for us we might say "they have a big heart".

It really makes an impact on your life and health for that matter when someone offers you their heart when your life is in complete chaos.

When you go through major changes in your life such as a severe illness, a death, job loss, divorce, loss of financial stability, a home, or on the bright side the birth of a child...people open their hearts to you. They are there to support you any way they can.

Think back to a time when someone gave you their heart thru an act of kindess. It makes you feel warm and secure. It takes off the pressure and reduces the amount of stress you may have felt. You feel relieved.

Now that's what I call a non-surgical heart transplant!

When was the last time someone gave you their heart or you gave them yours?

Until next time...
